All Filipino participants of KOICA-sponsored scholarship and training programs automatically become members of the association. Creating an account here simply claims and keeps your membership record up to date.
Active member
Full standing
Requires the one-time membership fee of PHP 500.00.

How to join
Step 1
Create your account
Sign up with your e-mail address and the KOICA program you completed.
Step 2
Verification
The secretariat confirms your participation in the program. Uploading your certificate speeds this up.
Step 3
Settle the fee
Record your one-time membership fee in the portal and attach proof of payment for the treasurer.
Step 4
Active standing
Once verified you gain voting rights, the directory and full access to association services.

- Who may become a member?
- Any Filipino who participated in a KOICA-sponsored scholarship, training course, workshop or seminar in the Republic of Korea.
- Is there an annual due?
- No. The membership fee is a one-time payment.
- I lost my certificate.
- Record the course title and the year you completed it. The secretariat can cross-check the KOICA fellow records.
